When registering an Account on the 999zs Platform, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Each individual person may register and maintain one Account only on the 999zs Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 999zs reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated wagers, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
999zs operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with international anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and in some cases, documentation evidencing your source of funds. For Pakistani users, the default and primary Account currency on 999zs is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Once an Account currency is set at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, and bonus credits are denominated and displayed in PKR unless otherwise stated.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999zs Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
999zs will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally report unauthorised access to 999zs support.
Upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify 999zs immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. 999zs will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your Account pending resolution. 999zs accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 999zs Account must be made using payment accounts registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, payments originating from a payment account held in any other person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source. 999zs reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming payment account ownership at any time.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within standard processing windows that vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. 999zs reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal and to delay processing where a compliance review is ongoing.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits vary by payment method and Account tier and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. 999zs reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice provided via Account notification.
All transactions on the 999zs Platform for Pakistani users are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Where a User transacts in a currency other than their Account currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and 999zs accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 999zs are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, supersede the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are satisfied in full, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are non-withdrawable.
999zs employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine gameplay variance; the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; coordinated play between linked Accounts to exploit promotional structures; and the use of any software or tool to gain an unfair advantage in claiming promotional value. Where bonus abuse is determined, 999zs reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account without notice.
999zs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a User's Account shall remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
All casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and specialty games offered on the 999zs Platform are governed by individual product rules accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant game or market outcome.
999zs reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed after an event's scheduled commencement time where in-play wagering was not the applicable format. Wagers voided under these circumstances will have the original stake returned to the User's Account.
In the event of a technical failure — including server outages, disconnections, or game interruptions — 999zs will apply its best efforts to reconstruct the state of play at the point of failure using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned. 999zs accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the User's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999zs Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 999zs Platform — including but not limited to the 999zs name, logo, trade dress, game graphics, software, text, imagery, audio, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999zs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content from the 999zs Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 999zs.
Your Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999zs Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data mining, or systematic extraction of any content from the Platform.
999zs collects, processes, stores, and where necessary shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your personal data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
999zs will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party KYC providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies is limited to what is strictly necessary for the purpose of the transfer and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

999zs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) a KYC or compliance obligation cannot be satisfied; (c) the Account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or (d) 999zs is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following a standard compliance review.
You may request closure of your 999zs Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by 999zs or by the User — all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 9, 10, 14, and 15, shall continue to apply following Account closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999zs, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
The 999zs Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 999zs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Where 999zs liability cannot be excluded entirely by operation of law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 999zs Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999zs holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and 999zs in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to 999zs customer support for internal resolution. Where internal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by 999zs's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
999zs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
